Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times: We ship internationally from our overseas suppliers. Estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at tonyeosa@tonyesstore.com and we will work to resolve the issue
