Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened personal care or wellness products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tonyeosa@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
